Thank you for choosing Birdie Barn Golf for your golf simulator experience. Please review the following booking policy:

Reservation and Payment:

We accept major credit cards for online payments through a secure payment system. We also accept cash, debit and credit at the Barn.


Cancellations and Changes:

We understand that plans may change. Cancellations or changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled tee time without penalty. Cancellations without proper notice or no-shows will have online booking access revoked. Changes to your booking, including rescheduling, are subject to availability. You can change your booking online or by contacting us by phone or email.


Equipment Requirements:

To ensure the best experience for all guests and to avoid damage to the screen, please attend your session with clean golf clubs, golf balls, and clean shoes (without spikes). If you forget or do not have your own equipment, rentals are available for golf clubs at a first come, first serve basis, and balls can be purchased onsite.


Arrival Time:

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled tee time to allow for check-in, equipment setup, and any necessary preparations. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as tee times cannot be extended for latecomers.


Compliance with Rules:

All guests are expected to comply with Birdie Barn Golf's rules and regulations during their visit. This includes following instructions from staff, respecting other guests, and adhering to safety guidelines.


Safety Measures:

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please refrain from running, jumping, or engaging in any behavior that may pose a risk to yourself or others. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.


Photography and Videography:

Birdie Barn Golf reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape guests for promotional purposes. By booking a session with us, you consent to the use of your likeness in promotional materials.


Liability Waiver:

By booking a session with Birdie Barn Golf, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our liability waiver below. Please review our waiver prior to your visit.

BirdieBarn.ca Liability Waiver


DEFINITIONS

Birdie Barn Golf and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, instructors, agents, independent contractors, subcontractors, representatives, sponsors, successors and assigns are collectively referred to as the “RELEASEES”. In this Release Agreement the term “Golfing” includes but is not limited to the use of all facilities, including, without limitation, the simulator bays, pathways, waiting lounge and games area (collectively, “Facilities”) and rental and use of all equipment (“Equipment”) and all other activities which take place at the Facilities.


RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY (“Release Agreement”)

This is a release and waiver of liability and indemnity. Please read carefully.


By making an online booking with Birdie Barn Golf and using this facility, you agree to the following terms & conditions:


  1. Assumption of Risks: I understand that participation at the Facilities, including the use of golf simulators and other related activities, involves inherent risks of physical injury. This includes but is not limited to, slips and falls; being hit by stray golf balls or golf clubs; delays in performing maintenances or repairs to the Facilities or Equipment; failure to act safely or within one's own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons or on the part of the Releasees; and injury, illness or death resulting from physical activity or exertion, including but not limited to as a result of any pre-existing medical condition, or resulting from exposure to, and the spread of, a bacteria or virus. I freely accept and acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge of the risks involved.
  2. Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release and waive any and all claims, demands, actions, or rights of action against the Releasees for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to my participation at the Facilities.
  3. Responsibility for Personal Property: I understand that Birdie Barn Golf is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal property while on the premises.
  4. Photo and Video Release: I grant Birdie Barn Golf the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or videos of me for promotional purposes.
  5. Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Birdie Barn Golf during my visit.


By proceeding with my booking, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined in this liability waiver.


Please note that by booking with Birdie Barn Golf, you are bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from booking with Birdie Barn Golf.
